  • JOB OPENING.  Siberian Star Rescue is in need of a new rescue curator, due to health problems.  This job includes a house with acreage and funding to run the rescue operation.  The assets are held in trust by a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.  This opportunity is NOT a "job".  He is turning over a million dollars worth of assets to someone for free.  (70 acres, cars, log cabins, tractors, fenced dog yards, equipment, etc. etc.)  This opportunity is for the person who was going to do this anyway.  Read more about it in this letter here.  If you have an interest, contact Robert Hudson, MySiberianStar@aol.com .

    • "White Nakita (Nik Nik)" -- Female, pure white, woolly coated, blue eyes, 2 to 3 years old, un-spayed.  Good health.  Really good with kids once she is comfortable in her surroundings.  Untrusting of others but very, very affectionate and loving.  Initially timid with other dogs until she sees how they act.  Then, she'll try to dominate them.  The dog belongs to the poster's daughter, who is 17 now and doesn't want the responsibility.  The poster has one husky, but can't handle taking care of an additional dog as the daughter goes off to college.  The 2 dogs got loose and Nik got hit by a car.  She is fine except that her pelvis has healed not as before and her tail won't stand up.  For more information, contact:  Sherry McPherson, 478-222-2791, M-F 6am to 2pm, sherry.mcpherson@robins.af.mil
